Hi I'm Vicky, Mother of 2 living in SA.  

I understand all the challenges you are facing right now. I am right there with you! We all do the very best we can, and want the very best for our families.

 I am a Wholefood Chef and Food Coach. I have worked with 100's of women just like you who need extra support so you can use your pantry, not pills, as your medicine.

My area of specialty is helping you to improve gut health, and this leads to dramatic improvements in energy and immunity.

 Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I really think everyone should know this so we can all be feeding ourselves and our families properly.

 I have started slowing down and paying more attention while I’m eating (or noticing when I haven’t) and also to how I feel afterwards. The course has really helped me with preparation and feeling organised especially with two growing boys in the house.

 I continually refer to your recipes which are easy to adapt depending on what’s in the fridge and to the course guide when I can’t remember the “why’s”. The demo videos are really helpful and have inspired me to try exploring and cooking new foods like sauerkraut, pickles and relishes.
