Hi, I’m Vicky! Founder of
My Wholefood Hub


I
’m a Wholefood Chef, Food Coach, and mum of two, living in South Australia. My journey into wellness began with a love for health and a desperate need to heal my own body.

For over 10 years, I struggled with poor gut health, along with acne, full-body psoriasis, and chronic tonsillitis. I was significantly overweight (twice!) and felt completely overwhelmed by it all…

But it wasn’t until I stepped away from the corporate world and immersed myself in the Whole and Natural Foods Chef Training Program that my health truly turned around. This transformation led to my employment at a luxury health retreat, where I educated guests on the power of quality wholefoods. That’s where it all began – helping women make empowering, healthy choices for their bodies.

Now, as a mum, I know how tough it is to juggle motherhood while keeping your family healthy. That’s why I’m here to share what I’ve learned, so Mummas like us can feel calm, organised, and confident in the kitchen.

My mission? To make healthy living simple and doable, so you and your family can enjoy a happier, healthier life!
