Kathryn specialises in helping women improving gut, hormone and immune health.
She has been working with people for the last 18 years to improve their gut health, including issues with indigestion, bloating, IBS, SIBO, food intolerances and parasites.
Kathryn shares her knowledge on these two topics throughout the course.
