Do you need help improving your gut, energy and immune health? If so, Kathryn would love to help you.
She is a Naturopath and has been working with people for the last 18 years to improve their gut health, including issues with indigestion, bloating, IBS, SIBO, food intolerances and parasites.
She believes the gut is the foundation of our health and if we can restore it to optimal functioning, we see improvements in energy, mental health, immunity and vitality.
Kathryn is available for Express Naturopathic Consultations via zoom where she will assess your history and give suggestions for your lifestyle as well as practitioner grade supplements to support your body to function optimally.

I have started slowing down and paying more attention while I’m eating (or noticing when I haven’t) and also to how I feel afterwards. The course has really helped me with preparation and feeling organised especially with two growing boys in the house.
I continually refer to your recipes which are easy to adapt depending on what’s in the fridge and to the course guide when I can’t remember the “why’s”. The demo videos are really helpful and have inspired me to try exploring and cooking new foods like sauerkraut, pickles and relishes.
